Gutter Warranty Statement:
Weather Defense LLC is pleased to provide a Lifetime Workmanship Gutter Warranty to home ownerswho have chosen our gutter installation services. We guarantee that our gutters will function as intended for the lifetime of the property owner. Please review the following terms and conditions of our warranty:
Scope of Warranty: This warranty ensures that the gutters installed by Weather Defense LLC will remain leak-free and function as intended for the lifetime of the homeowner's ownership of the property. Our gutters are designed and installed to effectively divert water away from the home, minimizing the risk of water-related damage caused by leaks.
Non-transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original homeowner who contracted Weather Defense LLC for the gutter installation. If there is a change in property ownership, the warranty becomes null and void.
Material Warranty: The warranty for the material used in our gutters is covered by the manufacturer, not Weather Defense LLC. Any claims related to material defects should be directed to Weather Defense, LLC and we will assist you with contacting the manufacturer. If the manufacturer determines that the material was damaged due to improper installation byWeather Defense LLC, we will replace the affected gutter sections at no cost to the homeowner.
Modification and Accessories: This warranty is contingent upon the gutters remaining unmodified and unchanged, with no gutter covers or other alterations installed unless performed by Weather Defense LLC. If any modifications, changes, or installations not conducted by Weather Defense LLC are made to the gutters, the warranty becomes void. Additionally, please note that this warranty does not extend to any accessories we sell with the gutters, such as splash blocks, gutter covers, or other supplementary items. All the supplementary items are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from acts of nature, acts of God, improper use, neglect, or intentional damage caused by the homeowner or third parties.Weather Defense, LLC excludes any and all warranty coverage for clogged gutters, gutter repairs, and gutter extension installations, as described in the subsequent two paragraphs. Further more, it does not apply to any gutter accessories or items not explicitly covered by this warranty.
Clogged Gutters: This warranty does not cover any issues related to clogged gutters. Our warranty does not extend to circumstances where gutters become clogged due to debris accumulation, such as leaves, dirt, or other foreign objects. Clogged gutters are considered a maintenance-related issue, and regular cleaning and upkeep are the responsibility of the homeowner or property owner. Any claims related to clogged gutters will not be covered under this warranty.
Gutter Repair or Extension: This warranty offered by Weather Defense, LLC does not extend to any repairs or extensions made to gutters previously installed by entities other than WeatherDefense, LLC. It is imperative to understand that for the Weather Defense, LLC Lifetime Workmanship Warranty to be applicable, a completely new gutter system must be installed on either the entire or partial house, which is entirely independent of any previously installed gutters. If Weather Defense, LLC extends or completes a gutter circle and ties it to an existing gutter, there will be no coverage available under this warranty.
Limitation of Liability: Weather Defense LLC's liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the gutters covered under this warranty. We shall not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or malfunction of the gutters, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury.
Claim Process: In the event of a leak or any issue covered under this warranty, the homeowner must promptly notify Weather Defense LLC. We will schedule a visit to inspect and assess the situation. If the issue is determined to be covered by our warranty and meets all the stated conditions, Weather Defense LLC will undertake the necessary repairs or replacement at no cost to the homeowner.

Roof Warranty Statement
Weather Defense LLC offers a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty for our new roof installations. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and guarantee that the roof installed by Weather Defense LLC will remain free from workmanship-related defects for the lifetime of the property owner. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions of our warranty:
Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers any workmanship-related defects that arise directly from the installation process performed by Weather Defense LLC. It ensures that the roof will function as intended, providing effective protection and durability for the lifetime of the property owner.
Non-transferable: The warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original homeowner who contracted Weather Defense LLC for the roof installation. In the event of a property ownership change, the warranty becomes null and void.
Manufacturer's Material Warranty: Any warranty related to the materials used in the roof installation is covered by the manufacturer and not Weather Defense LLC. If material defects occur, the homeowner should contact Weather Defense LLC to assist in communicating with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer determines that the defect is a result of improper installation by Weather Defense LLC, we will replace the affected roofing components at no cost to the homeowner.
Modification and Accessories: To uphold the legitimacy of this warranty, any alterations or repairs done to the roof by other individuals, property owners who contracted with WeatherDefense, LLC or companies other than Weather Defense LLC will render the warranty null and void. This includes the installation of solar panels on the roof. Furthermore, it should be noted that this warranty does not cover any accessories such as solar panels, skylights, light tubes, or other similar additions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Exclusions: Please be advised that this warranty does not provide coverage for damages resulting from natural wear and tear, acts of God or nature, high winds, storms, or impact damage. Moreover, damages caused by improper use, foot traffic, leaks caused by wind-driven debris or tree limbs, failure to perform routine maintenance on the roof, intentional damage caused by the homeowner or third parties, or any consequential or incidental damages are also excluded from the warranty. Weather Defense, LLC also excludes any and all warranty coverage for any roof repairs and partial roof installations, as described in the following paragraph. In addition, damages or defects caused by materials or products supplied by third-party manufacturers or suppliers, which may have their own warranty provisions, are not covered. Any modifications, changes, or installations made to the roof by anyone other than Weather Defense LLC will result in the warranty becoming null and void.
Roof Repairs or Partial Installations: Please be advised that the warranty provided by WeatherDefense, LLC does not cover any repairs or partial roof installations on roofs that were previously installed by entities other than Weather Defense, LLC. It is important to note that the Weather Defense, LLC Lifetime Workmanship Warranty can only be applied if a completely new roofing system is installed on either the entire or partial house, which is entirely independent of any previously installed roofs. In addition, the new roof must not be in contact with any other previously installed roofs. It should be noted that this warranty will not be valid if Weather Defense, LLC repairs or partially installs a roofing system and ties it to an existing roofing system.
Limitation of Liability: Weather Defense LLC's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the workmanship defects covered under this warranty. We shall not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or malfunction of the roof, including property damage or personal injury.
Claim Process: In the event of a valid claim under this warranty, the homeowner must promptly notify Weather Defense LLC. We will schedule an inspection to assess the nature and extent of the workmanship defect. If the defect is within the scope of this warranty, Weather Defense LLC will undertake the necessary repairs or replacements at no cost to the homeowner.
